We work with organizations to select the appropriate tools for their specific use case. Internal technical capacity, financials and other sustainability factors contribute to how we select the most appropriate technologies for our clients.

We want our clients to understand and use their technology. To support this, we emphasize training at all stages of our engagements, developing documentation in our clients’ native languages, and regularly sharing what we’re learning with wider ICT for impact communities.
